Pride Run 2025 Details
Pride Run 2025 on 13 June
The Pride Run Vienna 2025 will take place on 13 June at 8 PM on Vienna’s Ringstraße. The start and finish line will be right in front of the Rathausplatz (City Hall Square).
The award ceremony will take place in the Pride Village located right in front of the Rathaus (City Hall) hosting information booths from community groups. Food and drinks will be available from food trucks and community bars.
Competitions
The Pride Run has a distance of 5 km, which can be completed on foot or in a wheelchair. When registering, you can choose between the following categories:
- 5 km — Running
- 5 km — Nordic Walking
- 5 km — Riding a wheelchair (accompanying person required, free entry)
Entry fees
You can register individually, as a duo or in a group. Entry fees vary according to the time of registration and apply to each of the three competitions (Running, Wheelchair Racing and Nordic Walking). For duos the entry fee is reduced by EUR 1,– per entry, for groups of 3 or more participants it is reduced by EUR 2,– per entry. All categories automatically take part in the ranking (for groups the group’s average time counts). The entry fee includes the Pride Run running shirt, a medal, and goodies.

Bib number pick-up
The Bib will be handed out together with goodies, a medal and the Pride Run shirt. Bibs must be collected in person in Vienna.

Registration
You can register for the Pride Run via the platform Time Now Sports.
As part of the registration process, you have the option to make a voluntary donation to us, Pride Run Vienna, ranging from €1 to €100. The donated amount will benefit a community organisation selected in June (2024: VIMÖ). A big thank you to everyone who makes use of this opportunity!
Important: Information on Corporate Registration for the Pride Run Vienna
The Pride Run Vienna, organised by Frontrunners Vienna, is a symbol of acceptance and visibility for the LGBTIQ+ community and its rights. At this event, we come together as a running community, wear the Pride Run shirt with pride, and make a visible statement for our cause.
The run is an important moment for the community, and the number of race entries is therefore deliberately limited. We strive for authentic, sustainable, and diverse collaborations with companies that share our values and support the event. We are very grateful to our partners who engage in the discourse and support us with loyalty.
To maintain the integrity and community character of the run, we limit the number of corporate partnerships. The event is primarily intended for the community. For this reason, we cannot accept bulk registrations from companies solely for the purpose of corporate representation. Such registrations alter the overall image of the event and take away entries from the LGBTIQ+ community.
Companies considering a visible partnership at the event are warmly invited to contact us directly at office@priderunvienna.com to discuss potential sponsorship opportunities.
Group Invoice
It is possible for companies, organisations, etc., to collectively pay the entry fees for private participants. If you require a group invoice, please contact buchhaltung@priderunvienna.com before registering. Once registration has been completed, a group invoice can no longer be issued!
Please note: A group invoice is not equivalent to corporate registration or sponsorship. A group invoice does not entitle companies, organisations, or brands to present themselves as such during registration or at the event (e.g., by wearing company-branded T-shirts, carrying flags, etc.) or to publicly advertise the collective payment of individual registration fees in advance. A brand presence at Pride Run Vienna is only permitted with an official sponsorship agreement with the organising association.
The starter packs for group invoice registrations will only be issued collectively for the entire team. Individual collection is not possible!
List of results
The results list will be published on the plattform Time Now Sports.
Running meetings
Regular running meetings of the Frontrunners / Pride Runners Vienna take place, which can also be used for joint preparation for the Pride Run.
